On the eve of Monday, April 27, our madrichim organized a special tekes (ceremony) in honor of Yom Hazikaron (Remembrance Day) in the moadon. On Tuesday, we joined the Chava’s tekes whereby we remembered those students, alumni and staff who fell in Israel’s wars and to acts of terrorism. Later in the day we visited the Underground Museum in the Russian Compound in downtown Jerusalem.
