Our Yom Ha’atzmaut (Independence Day) celebrations began with tefilot and a special service with the Maayanot Masorti community. From there we made our way downtown, where we had an opportunity to celebrate together with the rest of ‘Am Yisrael’. On Wednesday morning, after sleeping in and eating a late breakfast in our moadon, we made our way to Hof Nizanim (beach), enjoyed a delicious Mangal (BBQ) and a swim in the sea. A great time was had by all!
