Islam and Crusades
On Tuesday, March 10, we spent the day learning about the Muslim religion and the Christian Crusades. We began in the village of Ein Rafa where we visited a mosque and had the unique opportunity of wearing the Muslim head scarf, the hijab. Following this visit we ventured off to Ein Hemed where we explored the years of the Crusades.
