On Wednesday, January 28, we got on our busses and went to Tel Gezer in the Judean foothills. We learned about life in the days of Abraham and explored the city’s layers - it has been rebuilt a whopping 25 times over thousands of years! We learned about different archeological methods and had some fun reenacting the conquest of Gezer from ancient times, storming the gates with some help from the ancient gods.
