“green” environment seminar in israel!
“Seminar Yarok was an amazing experience for me. I learned a lot about the environmental issues Israel faces, and the social, economical, and political kibbutzim structures. It was such a fantastic experience and I would do it all over again if I could."
- Alejandra, Ramah Darom
"Seminar Yarok is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I loved meeting kids from other Ramah camps prior to the start of Seminar. The program was really informative and exciting! At the same time, it was very relaxing and a good introduction to a summer in Israel. From Kibbutz life to hiking, we saw a glimpse of what was waiting ahead of us!"
- Orli, Ramah Berkshires
“Seminar Yarok gave me the opportunity to learn about Israel's environment directly from the leaders of environmental initiatives in Israel. Along with learning, I became good friends with a tight-knit group of people, all of whom introduced me to more of their friends during our six weeks in Israel. Learning about something I loved, while getting a jump-start on the friend making process, truly made Seminar Yarok an amazing and unforgettable experience”
- Ciara, Ramah Berkshires
